Bead Bracelet
Every bead points somewhere. Slide it off the mat that way when the lane is clear, thread it onto a matching cord, and finish the bracelet one cord at a time.
LynchPin Games
I make approachable, well-crafted games that my family actually plays — calm puzzles, a couple of otters, and one map you will lose an evening to. No ads, no subscriptions, and no dark patterns dressed up as features.
The line-up
These are real builds, and these are real screenshots of them. They are not on the stores yet — every title below is heading to the App Store and Google Play. There is nothing to download here in the meantime.
Every bead points somewhere. Slide it off the mat that way when the lane is clear, thread it onto a matching cord, and finish the bracelet one cord at a time.
Tip glass vials into each other until every one holds a single colour. A pour only lands if the target is empty or already topped with the same colour.
A pocket greenhouse where you move flowers between pots. Fill a pot with one variety to harvest the bouquet — and find out what was hiding underneath.
A calm river home for Pebble and Pip. Feed them, play, groom, and let them rest — and watch them find each other in the middle of the cove.
Planets build ships while you watch. Swipe to send half a garrison, decide which neutral worlds are worth paying for now, and take the system before the other side does.
Lay paths, size habitats, incubate eggs, and place each hatchling where it can actually live. Guests only turn up if they can reach the exhibit.
Also in the workshop
Playable, but not ready to be photographed. I would rather show you nothing than show you something I am about to change.
A relaxing falling-sand colour sort. A pixel picture made entirely of coloured sand sits in an open-bottomed hopper; send containers along the belt underneath and the sand pours out wherever a matching colour passes, dissolving the image from the bottom up.
A cheerful endless runner set in the Hatchery Heights world. Collect rideable dragons and dinosaurs, then take them out on the zoo trail — first-person hoop courses for the fliers, side-view jumping for everyone else.
The deal
The same promise applies to every title, and the line between free and paid is spelled out before you spend anything.
Your attention is not for sale, and a puzzle will never be interrupted to show you something. There is no ad SDK in any of these builds.
The free edition is a substantial, replayable game — not a tutorial with a paywall at the end of it.
A single non-consumable purchase permanently opens the full game. No energy timers, no expiring trials, no repeat prompts.
If a cosmetic pack is ever sold, you will see exactly what is in it first. Nothing randomised, and nothing that changes how the game plays.
Nothing to sign up for. Your progress lives on your device, and nobody else sees it.
If a screen would annoy someone in my own house, it does not ship. That is the whole review process.
There is no mailing list yet. Email and I will tell you the day the first one goes live — that address is me, not a ticket queue.
